Meet Michelle Carter!
Administrative Support Specialist of Materials Support
Michelle has worked for NC State for six years, all of which have been with Procurement & Business Services. Michelle is an administrative support specialist for Materials Support, where she adds, deletes and changes FedEx accounts for MarketPlace shippers.
Michelle also dispatches ServiceNow tickets for MarketPlace issues and resolves customer requests related to FedEx. Michelle is also a cashier at the Surplus Sales. Michelle is busy!
She really enjoys spending time with her family, her lifelong partner, Tom, her beautiful granddaughter Summer and their two dogs, Bella and Milo. Bella is a Wild Boar Dachshund and Milo is a Pekingese.
Michelle enjoys being outdoors, preferably by a pool or the ocean, and likes to play frisbee golf, attend concerts, travel and read. The last two shows that Michelle and her partner attended were Air Supply and James Taylor.
