Fleet Card

The NC State University fleet card program began in 2003 and integrated with the Financial System in 2014. The fleet card is a corporate liability credit card used by approved employees to purchase fuel or vehicle repairs for University owned vehicles.

Fleet Card billing cycles begin the first of the month and run through the end of each month. Transaction reallocation must be completed four business days after the end of each month.
