Our Services

Service	Details
Consultations	Interior design services are free to university clients. During the initial meeting, our designer will review your request and work directly with you to recommend space planning ideas, furniture options, materials and finishes, and color selections, as well as flooring and window treatment options.
Space planning	Plans must meet health and safety code requirements.
Material/Finish selection	Explore color scheme options and combinations.
Furniture	Furniture can be purchased from MarketPlace suppliers, State of NC term contracts, cooperative contracts or other state contracts. Furniture pricing can be found on the MarketPlace supplier catalogs or the State of North Carolina furniture Term Contract 5610A. Non-contract furniture can be purchased if the total cost is below the bid threshold. This cost must include delivery and installation. If a noncontract item is over the threshold limit, it must go through the bidding process. Please consult the ergonomic workstation guidelines. For an ergonomic assessment, contact The Ergonomics Center.
Flooring	Flooring can be purchased from the State of North Carolina flooring Term Contract 3016A or any cooperative contracts through a certified NC dealer. When purchasing any type of flooring, please submit a Facilities Modification Request.
Window treatments	Window treatments can be ordered from the State of North Carolina window coverings Term Contract 5213A. Please provide the following information: 1) Building and room number 2) Number of windows 3) Type of window treatment Blinds (1 or 2 inch, metal or faux wood, shades, draperies, shutters) 4) Department ID, contact name, email and phone number .
