We are proud to announce that Supplier Information 101, one of the courses that is part of the Business Officer Academy, has achieved Quality Matters (QM) certification. Quality Matters is an organization globally recognized for leading quality assurance in online and innovative digital teaching and learning environments. This certification signifies that the course has met rigorous, research-backed standards for its design, usability, accessibility and learning objectives.
Supplier Information 101 was developed in partnership between Megan Catt, Supplier Information Manager, and the Finance Division Education and Communications team. This course is the latest among 84 other exemplary NC State courses that have earned the Quality Matters certification. In addition, this is the very first continuing education course to receive this certification for our institution.
This certification is a testament to the Finance Division’s commitment and dedication to providing impactful and well-designed educational resources. As we continue to implement Quality Matters standards across our learning initiatives, course participants can be confident that our approach to learning follows a structured and effective pathway to mastering solid finance practices at NC State.
