The Supplier Information Management (SIM) Team has been diligently working on updating the Supplier Information Manual for Campus!
When PaymentWorks first went live at NC State, the main objective of this manual was to guide campus customers on how to send an invitation to a vendor. Now that the platform has been live for over two years and more than 17,000 vendors are registered, the SIM Team identified the need to provide additional information.
The new and improved Supplier Information Manual for Campus provides more insight into the full process of onboarding a vendor and answers questions that are often received along the way. There is also a new section in the manual for assisting vendors when they need to update their information after onboarding.
Look for the updated version of the manual to be posted in the Supplier Center in early April.
Online Course Coming Soon
An online course will soon be available to campus customers who send invitations to our vendors via PaymentWorks! This course will cover the material in the Supplier Information manual for Campus offering benefits to all NC State staff using the PaymentWorks platform. More information about the online course to come.
