Whether you are a new employee, new to your role, or simply need a refresher, the following online courses are now open for enrollment with content that is available 24/7:
Purchasing 101 | Click to Register
This course offers and introduction to purchasing and includes topics such as purchasing processes and guidelines, commodity-specific purchasing, contract review, and purchasing best practices.
Purchasing 101 is part of the Departmental Purchasing Representative Certificate series. The other two courses are MarketPlace Training and Purchasing 102.
MarketPlace Training | Click to Register
In this course, current and future MarketPlace shoppers will learn how to purchase goods and services via the MarketPlace.
MarketPlace Training is part of the Departmental Purchasing Representative Certificate series. The other two courses are Purchasing 101 and Purchasing 102.
PCard Training for Cardholders | To register, you must first apply for a PCard
This course is designed to help current and future PCard Cardholders and Reconcilers comply with PCard regulations. Course content includes PCard purchasing guidelines, documentation requirements, and transaction and statement process. PCard Training is required for every new Cardholder and Reconciler.
