PCard
The PCard is a Visa corporate liability credit card used by approved employees for legitimate NC State University business purchases.
Required Training
PCard training is required for every new cardholder and reconciler.
Things to Know
- Billing cycles end on the 20th of each month or the business day before a weekend or holiday. Transaction documentation and reallocation must be completed two days after that date.
- Statements are due on the 20th of the following month or the next business day if the 20th falls on a weekend. Transaction documentation and statement approval must be completed by that date.
