WolfCopy provides Managed Print Services to NC State faculty, staff and students. Since 1995, WolfCopy has met the document management needs of University departmental offices by offering a no-hassle cost-per-impression program that includes equipment, service and maintenance at an affordable price. During these 20+ years, Managed Print Services have evolved from simple copying to also include printing, scanning and faxing of documents. All of the WolfCopy devices are multifunctional, providing a solution that can replace several devices and be configured to meet all your document management needs.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at WolfCopy. We pride ourselves on our fast turn-around for equipment repair and replacement supplies. In this world of constant improvement, we have an opportunity to stop reading meters on devices in person and begin polling devices remotely. This will free up our customer service technician’s time to respond to service calls even faster and to become trained to handle moderate repair on some of our devices.
With the deployment of electronic meter reading, we will begin phasing out the access code usage report for those departments not using the report to divvy up their monthly invoice. For departments who still need this data to distribute over multiple project IDs, WolfCopy will begin offering this service to you at no charge. We will be contacting departments over the course of the next few months to install software on your device to allow us the ability to charge specific project IDs based on usage and provide you with a monthly invoice that breaks down usage and billing.
We are so excited to offer this service to campus and to encourage development of a new skill set to our very loyal employees. The efficiencies, cost savings and knowledge gained will be a benefit to our customers and our staff.
We appreciate your patience and support as we navigate this digital change. If you have questions or comments about this service or any other managed print service need, please contact Nikki Faison at dsfaison@ncsu.edu .
