It’s that time of year again! Fiscal year-end is fast approaching. To aid departments in the planning of purchases during this period, we have created the Year-End Guide, which includes, among other guidelines and instructions, the following deadlines for requisitions, MarketPlace orders and PCard transactions:
Please be aware that you may run into supply chain disruptions, which can cause major delays in receiving items ordered. Some of the commodities we are seeing the most delay in receiving are:
- Vehicles (Trucks and Vans)
- Furniture
- Configured equipment (scientific and IT-related)
- Construction materials
We encourage you to plan early for your purchases. With the current instability of the supply chain, it is important to plan for longer than normal delivery times. Orders that are delayed and received after June 30 will be paid in FY 2023.
