One question related to the PCard that we get asked often is: Who is liable for PCard purchases?
The NC State PCard is a Visa credit card corporate liability. Personal purchases are not allowed and are considered grounds for card revocation and disciplinary action. There are various Card Profiles used to manage the limitations and types of purchases that are allowable.
The cardholder assumes personal responsibility for Card Security and compliance with the Spending Guidelines.
