Card Services is proud to announce a new educational resource that we hope will be helpful for current and future Fleet cardholders. Fleet Card Training for Cardholders is a self-paced online course that allows cardholders to learn about the Fleet Card program at a time that is convenient to them.
Fleet Card Training for Cardholders is required for first-time card applicants. Existing cardholders will be automatically enrolled in this training and will have until 12/31/22 to complete it.
Course Modules
The course follows content outlined in the Fleet Card Manual for Cardholders and consists of the following modules:
- Introduction Module: Getting Started with the Course
- Module 1: Introduction to Fleet Card
- Module 2: Account Management
- Module 3: Card Profiles
- Module 4: Documentation Requirements
- Module 5: Assessment and Certification
- Exit Module: Course Evaluation and Final Announcements
Fleet Card Training for Cardholders can be completed in approximately 30 minutes and requires passing a final assessment with an 80% score.
