The new Supplier Center was launched in September of 2021, with the goal to empower departments to initiate supplier invites to the PaymentWorks system. Since then, campus departments and NC State’s Supplier Onboarding Team have initiated invites to 5,205 suppliers. Of those suppliers, 3,246 have been connected (onboarded) and another 519 are pending approval.
The Supplier Information Manual for Campus outlines step-by-step instructions for the supplier onboarding process. If suppliers contact you to verify the legitimacy of the email invite, please reassure them that this is NC State’s new supplier onboarding process and direct them to the Supplier Information Manual for Vendors.
